How Can Make Money Fast
Here are some questions that you should ask before buying a used car: Which is in poor condition, there are some who would trick you into buying a car, although there are owners who are very honest about the status of the car engine and other functioning information. You should be prepared to invest a lot of time in inspecting the vehicle and ensure that the car is worth buying, if you are planning to buy a used car. However buying a used car can only be profitable if the used car is in a sound condition - sound enough to invest an affordable amount and restore its condition. Often prefer to buy a used car which is often more affordable than a new model, people who can't afford the swanky new cars. Which has to be well thought and well planned, buying a new car is an important decision.
Questions to Ask When Buying a Used Car
Do not make your final decision until you are completely aware about all the positive and negative aspects of the car condition. It is your responsibility to ask him/her the vital questions that will help you analyze the condition of the used car. Unless asked for it, no owner will willingly disclose all the information about the car, remember that while dealing with used cars.
When did you buy this car and where did you buy it from?
Also knowing when the car was purchased will help you to realize how old/new the model is and thus you decide whether you really want to by the car. After all you don't want to end up buying a stolen car and end up in trouble. You should also check whether the owner possesses all the legal documents of the car ownership. It is better to ensure that the car has been bought from a reliable dealer or other reliable source.
Why do you want to sell this car?
Asking this question will help you to know what exactly is the condition of the car, so whatever the answer you get. Often at times the owner decides to sell a used car in good condition only because he/she wants to buy a new one. It is easier for you to decide whether it is worth investing in the car repairs in order to restore its condition, if there are any car problems that the owner mentions. The owner takes a decision to sell the car because he is not satisfied with some aspect of the car, most of the time (if not all cases).
How would you describe the condition of the car?
It is better to reject the car if this happens, sometimes you might find that the odometer might be non-functional or shows erroneous reading. The vehicle's mileage is an important indicator of its value, while buying a used car. Or worn out breaks, but are you willing to invest in a damaged leaking engine, you can always get it painted or re-do the interiors? The overall condition of the car parts and the interior and external appearance, the mileage, the basic things that you want to look for are - the engine condition.
Insurance or additional accessories, what investments have you made in the car in terms of servicing?
What were the damages incurred, also ask if the car has been in an accident and if yes. Make sure that the owner has maintained the vehicle well and is honest about the entire information about the car. Stereo or a GPS navigator, additional investments in things like car interiors or accessories like air conditioning system. To confirm the information you can ask for service records as well. How often the car is serviced and how carefully the owner has maintained the car in terms of regular oiling and servicing, it is essential to find out.
Does the car come with a warranty?
It certainly increases the credibility of the owner and reassures you about your investment, although this is not a must. Even a meager warranty of say two months or say a thousand miles will add some credibility to the deal. You don't want to end up buying a car that goes kaput the very next day. Even a used car can be sold with a certain minimum warranty from the owner, yes.
This will help you get an unbiased opinion about the car and help you decide whether you really want to buy it. Also before making the final decision it is always better to get the car condition evaluated from a person you trust. Always ask how much the owner is looking for and then try and negotiate the price based on how much you are willing to spend. After having asked these questions you can swiftly move on to the price negotiations.

Best Ways To Make Money Online Free - Choosing Small Business Website Names
The selection of a suitable www domain for your small business is possible if you remain flexible, however, i agree that a vast number of choice domain names are no longer available; furthermore. It is a fact that all the 3 character and 4 character domain names with the key extensions are taken. For my clients just starting out the decision choosing small business website names has never been an issue. Does not depend heavily on the www name you select, or seo, search engine optimization. I disagree with the comment made by some web developers that all the good domain names are taken.
Search engines are robots and don't care. The ability of a person to remember your domain name and spell it correctly to pass it on to others outweighs any SEO value, the human visitors and search engines, of the two types of visitors to your site. The real value in the name you choose from a search perspective is how easy it is to spell and remember.
My advice is avoiding adjectives in the domain name entirely, for a serious small business commercial enterprise. They may not stick around if they feel you boast without the content to back it up. Consider the reaction of your human visitors, and although you may not be penalized for using such words, search algorithms change often and likewise that theory. Or other exaggerated terms in your domain name is thought by some to be a disadvantage and penalized by search engines, "best", using words like "greatest".
The mindset of getting one particular name should be reconsidered especially if it's your first online venture. Their ORG version was online for two years with little or no backlinks or serious indexing from search engines. This was the case from a conversation with a client interested in a site makeover. A commercial enterprise in business for profit should not select a dot ORG domain simply because the dot COM was taken, for example. And it surprises me that some of the basics are overlooked, in some cases new clients approach me to redesign an existing website.
Here's a breakdown of the most desirable domain extensions and the usual purpose of each:
COM - Commercial for profit enterprise
INFO - Information only related website
NET - Companies providing internet services
ORG - Non-profit organizations
They decided to just let it go when it expired, despite my advice that they keep the existing site and simply change the theme. We easily found an available www domain using their company initials and one key word about their target market which is medical. And they decided the poor website SEO performance was something that justified getting a new dot COM, the client mentioned earlier did not realize a dot ORG was intended for a non-commercial enterprise. But for your commercial small business my recommendation is always acquire a dot COM www domain name, and others which are all reasonable choices, wS, uS, certainly there are many more like BIZ.
Is key, not the domain, the fact that I have collected more than 100 screenshots of generic phrases relative to my business that made Google page one is evidence the content. Certainly not. So is that a mistake for search engine optimization, little or no value as far as keywords in my www domain to attract visitors, however, there is? And expected if you're famous, using your name is okay. And very unique at that, my commercial site choice was my first and last name.
Here's some advice to help you when choosing a new dot COM small business website domain name.
You may want another list of significant initials. Spend 30 minutes brainstorming to come up with the initial names and additional lists of single word terms. Consider geographical terms that relate to where you sell or provide services, if your market is localized. Make a list of market related single word terms about what you do and the customer base you service, next. Start out with a list of about 10 domain names that you would like to have.
And then register the name immediately, so take your time and select the best one, by the time you're done you should have a half dozen or more available names. And keep in mind you want a domain name that is easy to spell and remember, so try combinations of the key terms as you continue to search, it may not be easy. Begin with your first choice and work down the list and keep track of available names for review later. Each database has a search box which allows you to input the domain name and extension. And follow the link in the search results, search for "WhoIs" in Google to find free online services that keep a database of available domain names, next.
So at today's prices 5 years is practical and should cost less than $50 USD, search engines consider that the length of your registration reflects your commitment to be online long term. And 5 to 10 years if that's in your budget, my advice is registering domains for 2 years minimum. But the length of your registration can be, tip: The domain name may not be significant for search engine optimization.
But practical options are available with a little research and due diligence, you may not get exactly what you want. The concept that all the good domain names are taken is a myth, in conclusion. Having the other extensions registered in your name prevents others from attempting to take advantage of your reputation by association, if you are highly successful in your online venture. And then registering the other major extensions that are available for the same name, there's nothing wrong with getting the dot COM domain name you want.
Owning Your Own Business
I spent hours on things that were written wrong in one way or another. When I first applied their tech writing examples I didn't know just how often and how incorrect their tech writing actually is. Now. . . . . That I know for sure are mistakes, i have found at least 15 errors in their technical writing. Web Hosting technical writing has proved to be less than accurate. Yahoo! I was true beginner. At this time I had never even helped anyone with a web site either. Period, for all intense purposes my first. We Hosting. On February 1 of 2008 I was starting my very first web site with Yahoo! In late January I had signed up with Bluehost and realized right away that they were too advanced for me and actually got my money back inside of 3 hours or so from the time I signed up with them. Yahoo claims that Yahoo Web Hosting is for beginners.
Web Hosting. Basically speaking I am 0 for 9 writing technical support via email with Yahoo! It was of no use, when I received an exact copy of the same information I had read. Is when I emailed them, i did and and when I received nothing that would aid to me achieving my task at hand. Normally people will not actually read the help section. Now I do understand their philosophy here. The other two were exact copies of the technical writing you can look up in their help section. Two of those answers didn't address my question in any way. The answers came anywhere from 5 to 12 days after submission of the question. Four times they answered my technical question. Nine times I have wrote their email support. After my first error or two I would write technical support via email.
It is normal. I was wrong. I figure they must have been busy that day in particular. When I called technical support the first time I had to wait awhile for a tech to get on the phone with me. Is one of my five submissions that has never been answered via email support, which by the way, i had became impatient waiting for that initial email to be answered. I decided to phone their tech support, web Hosting email support. After waiting three days or so on my first submission to Yahoo!
You'll have that I guess, web Hosting. These are exceedingly long waits but that is still not why am disappointed with Yahoo! Web Hosting was over 56 minutes before I would actually be talking live with a technical support representative. From this point my average wait time for technical support at Yahoo! Sometimes another automatic message comes on telling you the average wait time. Web Hosting technical support they receive an automatic message stating that tech support will be with you shortly and that all calls are answered in order. When a customer calls Yahoo! I have called three and four times to technical support on the same issue because I didn't get the answer I needed from the first two or three calls. I kept records on 14 calls that were in reference to just five different problems. Web Hosting technical support. One reason was that if I had something to do I wanted to know if I had time to call Yahoo! For my own personal reasons, at the time, i collected this data as I went. I was curious because of the consistent wait times. I actually began checking to see how long it took for a tech to get with me on each call.
My bad, i should have made sure my phone was charged. It's a complete bummer, like I did, when you know the average wait time is that long. I had to recharge it and call again. My phone died, and right after I had made the tech understand my question, i waited for 1 hour and 36 minutes, one awful thing that happened is that one of those calls.
No matter how it worked I did get five dilemmas solved through 14 calls albeit the wait time is a bit of a hassle. That has occurred twice. Then actually figure out my dilemma via piecing together all the data I received from 3 or 4 calls to technical support, sometimes I would receive several bits of slightly wrong information. The others were wrong or I received no effort to answer my question. Of the 14 calls I received three correct and very helpful solutions to my problem.
Because there are two end url's this site map will never work. If you do know java script then you can look at the very bottom of either example script and you will see they end with two end url's before the end url set. Click on it, the first says "How to build a sitemap" . This will bring you to a page that has 5 to 10 answers listed. Go to help.yahoo.com and type "sitemap"(not: site map) into their help search bar and then click search. Was the sitemap, that lead to me figuring out my own problem, one example of a less than accurate group of answers.
He said "yes". Then I asked him if he did the yahoo web hosting tech writing sitemap template exactly as it is written. There were only the four main pages, when he got done, i had 52 pages on my "sitemap". At one point, via giving him my password, i allowed him access to my File Manager. By conferring with other techs that he was apparently right near, but he busted his behind for the next 1 hour 43 minutes getting me an answer. And he didn't know either, came on the phone after a short wait at yahoo tech support of 36 minutes, and obviously last, the other. None of the four techs knew what my problem was and 3 stated that they weren't required to know java scripting. Because I am a beginner, i called their support four times about my sitemap without knowing this two end url thing with java scripting.
Xml file in your root directory. Then upload the saved . Web Hosting technical writing. Which was stated correctly in the Yahoo, in notepad or some other capable program, xml file! You have to save it as an . You see you can't edit an xml coded file the same as html coded file. Luckily I knew that was wrong. Wrong! He said to go into my file manager and insert them into the xml file at that point. I asked him what I would have to do to get my other 48 pages on this xml filed sitemap. I did know where the problem was, although I was now without the other 48 pages. That did work, i had noticed by looking at his 4 page xml scripted sitemap that there was only one end url at the bottom of his script. I didn't bother to let him know he didn't.
He didn't just quit on me and say he wasn't required to know java scripting. Whether he knew it or not, and did show me the glitch, because he tried extremely hard to help me, even though he was still quite wrong, i couldn't get mad at that tech. This was one example of multiple wrong answers in tech writing and phone support that I cyphered through and made work. Magically, i then re-uploaded it and it worked. Xml file. Then I re-saved it as an . And erased one of the end url's at the bottom, which I still had saved inside notebook, in order to make it easy I just went back to my original code.
Web Hosting. If it weren't for these errors at Yahoo, with why I actually decided to start a web site, i would be so much further ahead! That these same bad technical writings cost me, for all the time I have waisted, you know. The reason I will not shed light on these other wrong answers is because I want to get paid for them. Web Hosting technical writing that you will find in the help section. I know of many other errors in Yahoo!
It's that simple, if you want to implement add-ons or do anything out of the ordinary you have to know java scripting. If at all, the technical support won't be needed too much for this. Web Hosting would definitely work. If all you want to do is put a bunch of free information on a site then Yahoo! Web Hosting unless all they wanted was to build an information oriented site. In short I wouldn't tell someone to sign up for Yahoo!
Web Hosting technical support. Php scripting at Yahoo! Php script and that they weren't required to know . Phone support said that I would have to write a . I have contacted phone support about the Pay pal issue but not the sitemap. The other is my sitemap which keeps reverting back to the original four page sitemap. One is how to connect Pay Pal with my site. I currently have 2 problems that are unsolved.
Web Hosting should put in a questionaire poll for the purpose of gathering data on this subject of beginners building web sites. Here are some questions that Yahoo! Every single time, that is what makes me mad.
How many web building beginners have heard of java scripting? 1.
If they have heard of it, how many web building beginners know what java is? 2.
How many web building beginners know that there is more than one type of java scripting? 3.
How many web building beginners know how to right any form of java scripting? 4.
How many web building beginners know how to write html script? 5.
How many web building beginners know how to write php? 6.
How many web building beginners know if they are looking at errors in the example scripting? 7.
How many web building beginners feel technical support will be required to know the answers? 8.
How many web building beginners expect answers from email support? 9.

How many web building beginners believe the example templates will all work every time? 11.
How many web building beginners know what MySQL is? 12.
How many web building beginners know how to manage MySQL. 13.
I will stop here as the average bear already gets the point. Php? How many web building beginners know how to mesh MySQL with . 14.
Web Hosting. Web Hosting offers is good or bad because I simply don't trust them because of their close association with Yahoo! I have no idea if the one Yahoo! I go to tizag.com instead, i won't even go to their site and learn. They have free info in all types of java scripting. php.com, web Hosting offers a company with a whole bunch of free information. Yahoo, when it comes to subject like java scripting! I even have taken this philosophy to another level. Creates a great tendency to be skeptical, but knowing some is flat wrong, most of it is well written. Web Hosting technical writing I am very cautious and reluctant when reading their technical writing. Because of all the errors that I have found in Yahoo!
(3) Never email for support. They do have some good phone techs. Then call again and cross your fingers you get a good one, just end that call, if it still doesn't work call phone support (2) If phone support even starts out like they don't know, try again, if it doesn't work at first. Web Hosting (1) Take their technical writing with a grain of salt. A little advice to those already using Yahoo!
It is impossible and frustrating for a web building beginner that doesn't know multiple types of java scripting, in my opinion the whole thing goes bad at the point of adding extras. Their email editor is simple and easy to understand. Which is what I use, this is true with Site Builder as well. They have so many different templates available that I can't see anyone not having a problem of which one they liked best. Their Site Solutions would be excellent for a beginner as long as the beginner was building a site for informative reasons. I have had any easy time navigating through my site with their control panel and file manager. Web Hosting does offer some very excellent services. Yahoo!
Web Hosting I am a little less ignorant when it comes to these matters. Thanks to Yahoo! I only knew the answers to question #1 on January 31. #7, #6, #5, and #12 and some of #4, #3, #2, i even know all the answers to questions #1. You may have noticed by some of the things I wrote of that I do know some java scripting now.
Home Based Beauty Business - Chief Internet Officer - The New Corporate Digital Leadership
You have noticed the emergence of start-up competitors that have leaped past big companies while the bigger companies just sit and watch, during this time. Fortune 500 Companies have created and monetized web sites and digital products. Most of this has been under the extended responsibility to the CTO or CMO or both. Corporations have taken a big leap forward over the past decade by adding or advancing digital properties to its portfolio of assets in order to better leverage or extend its brand.
Travel companies? Automotive or job web sites that don't come from the companies who own the product themselves, why should there even be a market for online real estate? Companies like eBay and Craigslist have dominated major media assets such as local newspaper companies, in addition. How did Amazon.com beat Barnes and Noble to the punch and why couldn't Barnes and Noble react more quickly given their resources, for example?
I firmly believe that the "big company" has not been positioned properly for the execution - regardless of its digital strategy. But it is the execution that wins out, the strategy or the "ah ha" idea is really only just 20%, as Jack Welch had put it. Problem Statement
The problem is that the "big company" has not been positioned to manage a digital business.
Or perhaps an acquisition, invest in consultants and interactive agencies, options were to hire a more experienced CMO, previous Options

CIO Solution
Chief Internet Officer
Business analysis and such, the organization should not be driven by RUP approaches, in today's world of Agile development and stronger performing technologies and methods. Marketing and technology are structured as well as the process within each, it is important to evaluate how product, in addition. It is important to re-evaluate 'functional' or 'matrix' designs and support more business unit-like designs, for example. Having such frame of reference will allow the CIO to know what they need the organization structure to look like in order to succeed and what they need to do to make the appropriate changes. A CIO should have run and/or built a start-up and have been involved in a Corporate start-up. Benefit 1- Organization Management
A CIO should be able to provide the insight as to how to best structure an organization to support an e-business.
Large companies spend too much money on advertising and media agencies when they could merely be deploying more web pages and creating partner relationships to leverage strength of distribution. Distribution blends both skills and is often overlooked. There seems to be a middle ground today between a CMO and CTO where the CMO is skilled at "marketing" and the CTO is skilled at "technology development". Benefit 2 - Strength of Distribution
The CIO can clearly advantage a larger company by leveraging its assets to acquire distribution.
Many companies utilize large sets of data to conduct their business both internal and external, on the IA side. Where the CIO position most benefits an organization is the ability to assist with IA and Technology and meet project demands (this benefit blends a bit with "speed to market"). Benefit 3 - Architecture - Information and Technology
Perhaps the most overlooked of all is information and technology architecture.
A CIO should have the insight on how to best match resources and strategy with technology architecture. They could be building a house of cards that may not be supportable long term or that may be causing hardship to support internally or to push to production, as CMO's prepare to launch new initiatives on top of older technology architectures. It is often overlooked how much larger companies are not properly set up to conduct an e-business - even today, with respect to Technology architecture. The ability to account for IA is a skill that needs to be accommodated for in Marketing plans that is often overlooked.
There are dozens of variations of Agile methodologies from which to select that will improve a business' speed to market, today. Not to give away any secrets in the this one as it truly is a 'secret sauce' for many others in my field but the 'process' deployed internally to produce product and marketing initiatives is essential. Benefit 4 - Speed to Market
Speed to market is the final benefit.
As such the following needs to occur: The Company must take the internal political will necessary for the CIO to execute, prior to the filling the role. Implementation
Need to target a candidate for the CIO position.
Allow the CIO to manage digital initiatives to a business plan rather than a budget Allow the CIO to separate consumer digital initiatives with separate infrastructure policies
c. Allow the CIO to re-arrange the organizational structure as necessary to support the Internet
b. Generate the appropriate the political corporate will for the CIO to succeed
a. 1.
The candidate should have been in BOTH a corporate start up leadership role and pure start leadership role. C. Web development and have a strong understanding of finance and operations, they need to be strongest at online sales and marketing but also have managed product development, by well-rounded. The candidate needs to be both well-rounded and have managed a PandL. B. Ten years of experience is senior. Few people entered the category, even then. It wasn't until the mid-90's that Internet/Digital businesses took shape. Do the math. Nobody can have 20 years of Internet experience, remember. Source a candidate with the appropriate skill sets
a. 2.
Can truly leverage its e-business more effectively, or even mid-size companies looking to grow their digital business, large companies, with this position. The CIO is the next C-level digital leadership position.
